Born and raised in Japan, Yuki now calls Central Florida home. He completed his public adjuster apprenticeship under Your Claim Hero’s Principal Adjuster, Joseph A. Soifer. He is Haag HCI-Residential and HCI-Wind certified and holds an FAA Part 107 certification, allowing him to use drone documentation when a claim calls for it. He also uses thermal imaging to help document damage that may not be immediately visible.
